At Print Era, all our products are custom-made and printed as per customer specifications (design, size, material, color, and content). Because of the customized nature of our services, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed and processed.

All printing products are non-returnable and non-refundable
Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started
We are not responsible for errors in designs, spelling, dimensions, or details approved by the customer
✅ Exceptions (Our Responsibility)
We will gladly reprint or replace your order at no additional cost if:
The product received is damaged during transit
There is a printing defect or error from our side
The product does not match the final approved design

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.
Customer Responsibility
Ensure all artwork, text, sizes, and details are final and correct before approval
Colors may vary slightly due to screen and print differences
Print Era is not liable for quality issues arising from low-resolution files provided by the customer
