Since products are customized, processing time may vary based on:

Typical processing time: 2–5 business days (unless mentioned otherwise).
2. Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery location
Package weight and size
Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before payment.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
For bulk or special orders, delivery timelines may differ.
5. Courier Partners
Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier services.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact details.
If an order is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping charges will apply.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear images/videos of the damaged package and product
Claims will be reviewed and resolved on a case-to-case basis.
9. Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
10. No International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
