If a digital proof is shared, production starts only after customer approval.

Payment must be made via approved online payment gateways.
We do not store card or payment details.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is dispatched.
9. No Return / No Refund Policy
Since all products are customized, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
Reprints will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors from our side.
